All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
